Two years ago you came and made me a father.
I was so afraid then, afraid of the uncertainty of that time.
But you made me strong.
You inspired me to do better; to have more faith.
You asked me to look deeper into the heart of me.
And I did while asking,
"What man can look upon his newborn son
without a love that is unconditional?
What man can see his place outside of his new family?"
Son, I give you all of me.
I stand with you here on your 2nd birthday.
I am here with and for you.
You are my reason; the soul of my sacrifice.
If I can be a better father than please teach me.
Teach me how to become greater.
I seek to be the best father that I can be.
Simply because you deserve the very best love and guidance that I can possibly
offer.
You are my son.
I am your father.
And I am so thankful that you came to this world.
You have made me a better man.
I look forward to the next 2 years of our life together.
I look forward to giving you more than I have.
In my greatest prayer, I ask that I  will be able to provide you, your brother, and your
mother
with more love and happiness.
