Please ask Dan, how much will it cost to live a raw food diet? I would like to start this lifestyle, but i’m not sure if i could afford it, especially now that i’m unemployed.

    To Suhra…
Raw is not expensive… Buy Bulk at discount clubs like Costco… look for free food like Coconuts… Eat lots of Bananas & fruits that are cheap “I love Honeydew” avocados are great & green apples too…
Fruits/Smoothies in the morning… Salads for Lunch “Raw Dressings”
And Steamed Veggies & soups & desert smootheis for dinner…
Include some lightly cooked foods like steamed veggies & potatoes…
Buy Organic but if you can’t then just start with Organic Green Veggies…
Blend your food… More Fiber & More food for your money… Smoothies taste better…
    Ex…
Banana, Pineapple, Kale, Apple Juice… Breakfast
Salad Romain lettece “Lots of lettece” diced tomatoes, cucumbers,
Sald Dressing Ginger, Orange, Lemon, Pepper & Coconut Butter
Banana, Berries, Coconut Water&Meat, raw honey or dates… Desert
If your still hungery try Snacks Apples, Bananas & my favorite Kale Chips…
Give up some bad habits… to save some money… Walk/BIke to the store… Cut the Cable bill… It’s Junk Food for the mind… Give up all fast foods resturants too… Give up expensive stuff wine, movies…
PS: I would buy gallon spring water until you have a great filter in the kitchen… & I would give up Floride toothpaste too…
